Debugging and commissioning of 5 different assembling lines of a modular system which contains many 2D and 3D vision systems and various Kuka robot operations. Dealt mainly with the lower-level coding, setting up device communication, Redlines, and debug/prepping of Cells. Can't reveal product or end customer.

Cell based and Station based programing for the assembling of a small, yet precise, product for the end customer Hypertherm. HMI development and Sequence development for individual stations while adhering to Calvary's standard for coding. Successful completion of FAT and SAT.

Troubleshooting code and wiring.

The Shipping Label Application Manifest (SLAM) at Bakersfield California Amazon Facility achieved 1st or 2nd best numbers in the nation every other day during peak week of (2020) after troubleshooting Cognex Camera using Dataman software.

Helped with Mechanical Technician support on Amazon Alpha prototype project. Can't say anything more about that.

Developed code on Schneider Electric PLC(Machine Expert), Allen Bradley PLC(Studio 5000), MobileView HMI (FactoryTalk Studios), BlueOpen Studio HMI, Linear axis robot PCON (RCPC), and SCARA IAI Robot (XSEL). Can't say what the product is due to NDA but I can say that this was a R&D Project.

Helped install and commission JR Automation Machines at Honeywell Facility in Arizona.

Helped with panel testing and commissioning at there facility in Walled Lake, MI. Help commission AHUs ontop of GM Flint Truck and bus plant.

Helped with installation in Georgia at TJX distribution Homegoods facility. Basic IP address assigning of various field devices and programing of VFDs. Basically electrical technician support.
